You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to team members while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Preparation and distribution of client documents
- Liaising with external parties such as the ATO
- Provide administrative support to Accountants
- Update and maintain client database
- Ad-hoc administration as required
- Experience in Public Practice is preferred but not essential
- General computer knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously
- Highly organized and accurate attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- A willingness to learn
