Aidangus Pty Ltd is our fashion accessory wholesaler, having operated since 2008. Working with our U.S. counterpart, we offer Australian wholesalers & retailers with quality fashion/shoe/bag trends not yet available in the Southern Hemisphere.

About the role
As the successful applicant, your duties as an Office Assistant will include but not be limited to:
- answering phone calls with pleasant phone manner,
- handling and answering customer emails
- making sales reports as required
- making bookings with freight forwarders
- providing daily support to our Sales Team where need.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Full Australian working rights
- Min. 2 years previous office experience
- Profiecency with MYOB, Microsoft Office & Data Entry essential
- Ability to assist in warehouse area when short of staff
- Strong knowledge of/passion for fashion trends
- Impeccable attention to detail.
