ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Executive Assistant of the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting, greeting and interacting with incoming visitors in to head office.
- General office administration duties which include managing office facilities such as kitchens and bathrooms, maintaining office supplies, stationary order, grocery order, collecting mail and monitoring reception inbox.
- Liaise with head office contractors to ensure the smooth running of facilities within the company head office.
- Monthly reconciliation of company and Directors personal credit cards.
- Maintain databases, registers and schedules as required.
- Assist Head of People & Culture with company events, initiatives and onboarding of new starters.
- Maintain company fleet of vehicles including registration and servicing.
- Assist Executive Assistant with personal errands and day to day personal requirements of the Directors
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised and have a can-do and problem-solving attitude with experience in the following:
- Must hold full drivers licence with excellent driving record.
- Demonstrated previous experience in assisting with the day-to-day management of a company head office.
- Experience in working in a Personal Assistant capacity or for a hight net worth family.
- Discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and public relations skills to enable professional interaction with senior management and other employees and all external stakeholders.
- Intermediate MS Office program skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
