Job Description
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders, making travel arrangements
- Assisting the Director with managing personnel-related activities and corporate initiatives
- Assisting with office maintenance and office administrative duties
- Managing business as usual tasks including mail, scanning & filing
- Providing personal assistance by picking up directors from or to events
- Arranging set up for meetings
- Various ad hoc requests
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail
- A team player with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- Administration/personal -assistant experience
- Fluent English and Mandarin, Cantonese would be an advantage.
