Job description

Sign Essentials is a long-standing professional company providing equipment and consumables to the signage and wide-format print industries. We are looking for an enthusiastic office assistant/receptionist to handle varied administrative duties.  The role would be ideal for a junior who is motivated to learn and work as part of a team  This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.  

Duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and assisting with phone enquiries
  • Greeting, interacting-with and assisting walk-in customers
  • Invoicing sales 
  • Receiving and receipting payments
  • Working with the office and warehouse teams.
  • General office tasks where required 

The successful applicant should have solid computer skills and attention to detail is essential.  Competency with SAP Business One or other accounting programs would be highly advantageous.  You must also possess great communication skills, a friendly personality, professional presentation, and a willingness to assist other team members as required.

In-house training will be provided to supplement the existing experience of the right applicant.  We are looking for a person with initiative who enjoys working in a busy environment. There are opportunities for future advancement for a person with the right skills.

We are looking at a start in the near future.
