Office Co-ordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office All-Rounder to join our team at Tacoola. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. 

If you are organised and proactive with a happy vibe and a can-do attitude, this role is for you! 

Responsibilities:

• General office duties
• Daily customer emails
• Packing orders and shipping
• Stock Control and Warehouse duties

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an office administrative role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and Shopify is essential
• Knowledge of Xero an advantage
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience in Fashion a plus!
• Tik Tok or Social Media Management experience an advantage.
