From 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday

- Be able to multi-task

- Customer service champion
- This administrative position covers a wide range of functions.
- Manage telephone calls
- Checking emails constantly all day for new work orders
- And sales inquiries
- Invoicing on MYOB
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Including bank reconciliations
- Monthly Statements and credit control
- Also, resolve day-to-day Office Duties and solve queries and issues

Your administrative proficiency will keep the team's day-to-day operations running smoothly. As well as excelling in verbal and written communications, you will be great at building and maintaining relationships at all levels, and confident in assisting team members with problem-solving.
