Busy office based in Burleigh Heads is seeking an experienced office person to run day to day operations of our air conditioning service based business.
The person we seek must be familiar with Microsoft office and MYOB or similar accounts program and have attention to detail. As we are looking to implement a digital service platform, your role would involve understanding the current processes, integrating them into the new system and taking ownership of the program launch and daily operation.
We envisage the role to start as part time with the option to continue as job share or full time employment, however we are negotiable for the right person.
Typical daily tasks include:
Invoices
Quotes
Purchase orders/bills
Account reconciliation
Payroll
Filing
Banking (online)
Answering phones
Managing databases
Coordinating schedules
Staff training
Maintain OHS requirements
Reports
General office housekeeping and support
