What Is On Offer?
- Must be in the office from 8.30am to 5pm (opening and closing hours) as you will be welcoming C-Suite executives and staff regularly, the reception area must be manned during these times.
- Close to public transport - train, bus and ferry!
- Modern friendly office of 250 FTE just in North Sydney. They have many offices throughout Sydney and Australia. The executive team is based in the North Sydney office.

What Will You Be Doing?
Your responsibilities will span across reception duties, office management, and involvement in several projects, which include but are not limited to:
Reception
- Be the first point of contact for employees, vendors, suppliers, couriers, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage office events, including catering, and coordinate various activities.
- Issue purchase orders and manage goods receipts.
Building Management
- Facilitate repairs/work as needed and provide ongoing updates on their status.
Projects
- Support the National Property Manager and Office Manager in business improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Who Are You?
- You have great presentation and are punctual, reliable, and have excellent time management.
- Attention to detail and a sense of priority.
- Strong common-sense approach and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to build strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across different cultures.
What Will You Bring?
- Experience in a Reception/Admin or in-person customer-facing role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and tech-savvy in picking up new software systems for administrative purposes. Bonus if you have experience with Pronto.
- Excellent communication with C-Suite stakeholders or high-level personnel.
- Consistently maintain a positive outlook and a high work ethic.
