Our United Food Co is a family owned Food Wholesale business, established in the year 2000, growing rapidly across Australia. We provide exceptional great products & service to the Independent Supermarkets & Food outlets across all states

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  We currently have an excellent full-time opportunity for a self-motivated and highly positive person with the desire to further develop their skills and be a part of this dynamic and successful business.

 We require the successful candidate to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and is focused, positive and hardworking, where you will be responsible to complete daily office tasks in a well-organised manner.

  Daily duties will involve:

• Invoicing / Printing / Manifesting (Training provided)
• Data Entry to MYOB
• Goods Inwards Entry
• Stock take entries
• Weekly customer reports
• Greeting customers and suppliers
• Answer phone calls and direct calls as required
• General office duties including filing, banking and other administration tasks as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional problem solving skills and innovative thinking
• Display high enthusiasm to learn new skills.
• Possess excellent time management skills
• Have the ability to self-manage, prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•  MYOB EXO experience would be an advantage
• Display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Show initiative, be self-motivated and highly organised.
• Possess a strong work ethic and desire to succeed in this role.
