Office Junior

Everingham Solomons is seeking an enthusiastic Office Junior in the Tamworth office. 

The successful applicant will need the following:

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Intermediate computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and telephone skills                         
• Be reliable and trustworthy
• A willingness to learn and be able to take direction from supervising staff
• Pride in their appearance                                                      
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• High School HSC certificate

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reception duties 
• Customer Service
• Mail receipts, deliveries and general office errands 
• Stock take and ordering supplies 
• General office administrative duties 
• File Management
