Role & Responsibilities
- General office administrative and management tasks (e.g. responding to emails, scheduling meetings, bookings, etc.)
- Administration of client invoicing
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, account reconciliation, reporting
- Staff administration, including payroll
- Updating data in key applications (eg CRM, Asset Management) ensuring all systems stay maintained with accurate information
- Booking Travel/Accommodation for required staff
Experience Required
- 2+ years proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work across varying/changing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, vendors and suppliers
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience using Xero for accounts receivable, payroll and account reconciliation.
