AddressAt Kailo Medical, we build every solution on one belief: that software should improve medical imaging, generate superior results and enable medical professionals to create better outcomes for all. We are seeking an Office Manager to join the Melbourne team in our new Hawthorn office.
Role & Responsibilities
- General office administrative and management tasks (e.g. responding to emails, scheduling meetings, bookings, etc.)
- Administration of client invoicing
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, account reconciliation, reporting
- Staff administration, including payroll
- Updating data in key applications (eg CRM, Asset Management) ensuring all systems stay maintained with accurate information
- Booking Travel/Accommodation for required staff
Experience Required
- 2+ years proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work across varying/changing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, vendors and suppliers
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience using Xero for accounts receivable, payroll and account reconciliation.
