About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic Office Manager join our team on the Sunshine Coast on a permanent full time basis. This role provides proactive, positive, professional support to the Development and Sales teams while managing the Harmony post sales completion covenant controls processes.
In this role you will be responsible for:
General Admin Support including
- Diary management & meeting co-ordination
- Typing of correspondence, reports, minutes etc.
- Preparing presentations as required.
- Providing support at the concierge / reception desk in the Sales & Information Centre answering phones/greeting clients/visitors.
- Maintaining all offices stocks/supplies.
- Travel management.
- Coordinating team lunches / events as required
- Purchase Order/Invoice/Expense management and processing.
- Providing support to the Marketing / sales teams for any onsite events
- Managing design assessment applications to ensure they are compliant
- Responding to building and customer covenant enquiries
- Managing AVID’s online covenant approval system ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Reviewing design guidelines with internal/external stakeholders.
Contract / Legal Documentation Management
- Assist with the preparation of a range of legal documentation pertaining to land sales for execution and submission
- Processing contracts and associated documentation in accordance with internal and legal / compliance procedures
To be successful in the role, you will have proven experience in an administrative support role within a corporate environment, preferably within the Property Industry.
You will be pro-active with superior organisational skills. Your ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task effectively is a must.
You will be passionately customer focused, self-driven and be a solutions focused problem solver.
You will thrive on being part of a high performing team and enjoy working on a variety of tasks.
In addition, you will have:
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills;
- Strong attention to detail; and
- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn new IT systems quickly.
