We are going through an exciting growth phase and are looking for an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our Central Coast Office.
About you:
As the Office Manager you will play a pivotal role that supports the day-to-day functions of the office, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Your attention to detail crucial, ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks and meticulous oversight of office operations. Your adaptability will allow you to navigate changing priorities and demands, maintaining effectiveness in a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in technology is essential, as you will often setting up office software and digital tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Effective time management ensures tasks are prioritised appropriately, deadlines are met, and workflow remains efficient.
Key responsibilities:
- Staff Onboarding – Setting up Office 365, Asana, Email signature etc.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages or transferring to appropriate staff member.
- Organisation of couriers for pick up and deliveries.
- Review stock levels for office supplies, ordering then track order status and delivery.
- Order new uniforms as needed and maintain a record of uniforms and sizes required by staff.
- Overseeing facilities management services to JC EE - Phone, Electricity, Internet, Waste Collection.
- Managing Vehicle registrations, insurance and tolls.
- Purchase and set up new phones as required.
- Purchase laptops, install necessary software (Office 365, antivirus, etc.) and set up user accounts.
- Collate receipts for staff reimbursements, verify and upload into Xero.
- Booking of flights and accommodation as needed.
- Maintain a structured filing system (physical and digital).
