Dex Group is an established Promotional Product supplier servicing promotional distributors across Australia, New Zealand, USA, and China. We pride ourselves on quality customer service, speedy delivery, and high-quality products. We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team based in Dandenong South, Melbourne to help take the company to the next level. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring daily emails, orders, and quotes
- Dealing with disputes
- Recruitment and staff training
- Consolidating and developing customer relationship to increase sales
- Communicating with production manager to ensure all procedures are in place
- Organizing and attending industry trade shows
- Learning dispatch booking and filling in the position when staff is necessary
- Monitoring stock levels and making monthly stock orders to offshore warehouse
- Making sure end of month customer invoice statements are out and monitoring debts
- Willing and prepared to stay back after work hours when necessary
- Helping maintain and fix computer and network systems when necessary
- Communicating with both local and offshore China teams
- Managing and monitoring in-house office and production teams
Ideal Candidate:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to details and strict deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- 1+ years experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, MYOB accounting system (preferred but not essential)
- 2+ years experience in the promotional product industry (highly preferred)
