They’re in the process of expanding their technical team and are actively seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join their team, situated in Seven Hills.
About the Role
As the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Engineering, Technical Service, and Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-value projects
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient project execution
- Managing the Service team, including training, procedures, and WHS compliance
- Overseeing the Factory team and Logistics management
- Participating in Supplier CSD meetings (Teams)
This role is ideally suited for someone with a diverse skillset acquired through experience and a continuous eagerness to learn.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Technical and/or Organisational role within the Manufacturing and/or Engineering industries
- Engineering or Technical qualification
- Proven expertise in project delivery
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
