My client is a leading civil construction company whose expertise includes building regenerative infrastructure such as roads, treatments facilities and renewable energy assets. They aim to contribute to Australia and New Zealand's sustainable development through their projects.
Your new role
You will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Operations and Maintenance team whilst staffing the reception area. Day to day duties include but are not limited too;
- Full time reception attendance (answering phone calls, gate calls, greeting visitors, responding to emails)
- Ensure all visitors and contractors are inducted and register is kept up to date
- Monthly reporting including completing health and safety spreadsheets and time sheets
- Coordinating all staff training including updating training matrix as required
- Receipting of invoices and raising purchase orders
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent organisational skills will lead you to your success, as will;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to build good relationships with internal and external customers, clients and stakeholders
- Creativity in finding new and better ways of working
