In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our operational staff with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We currently have a casual opportunity available working Monday to Friday, starting from 8:00am and finishing at 4:00pm. Key Areas:
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and processing of Kronos/payroll for our staff
- Assist with a range of administrative duties as needed
- Oversee the filing and archiving of all essential documents
- Manage and order office supplies and consumables to keep operations running smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role within the transport industry is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in payroll/Kronos/Workforce Dimensions and experience with SAP would be an advantage.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
- Exceptional time management skills are crucial to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist the operations team in all aspects of administration
