The Role:
You play a key part in the growth and profitability of specialty insurance product lines by overseeing the administration function ensuring an accurate, effective and efficient business area.
Work on process improvement projects to improve the operational effectiveness of the underwriting team and take a lead of UAT activity.
This would suit someone who wants to work on cutting edge projects in the insurance industry.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + bonus, depending on experience.

Skills Required:
- 1+ years of experience in an operational role in the Insurance industry.
- Knowledge of Underwriting systems (pref General Insurance)
- Experience working on Process Improvements
- UAT testing experience
- Any experience with offshoring/working with offshore teams highly desirable
- Ability to train employees
- Excellent working knowledge of PC based systems and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems for managing contacts, schedules and calendars is required.
- Proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
