As we expand our offering and broaden our reach, we are looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our ambitious and outcome-focused team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Client & Service Delivery, the Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in acting as an enabler to the business, fostering and supporting key strategic partnerships and clients within the business.
Key areas of focus will be:
- Support the full lifecycle of all partnerships and associations
- Accountable for effective resolution of escalations relating to our partner relationships and clients
- Assist in the conversion of clients through the digital pathway (incl. outbound phone calls)
- Build and maintain client retention and resolution
- Growth and business performance
- Provide support for training and compliance requirements in relation to partner relationships
- Support leading our Client Services function and driving Service Excellence.
About You
As the Operations Coordinator, your role encompasses several responsibilities, including customer support to ensure Service Excellence at every interaction.
With determination and pride, you'll be in charge of maintaining robust relationships with peers and key stakeholders. Working closely with the Head of Client & Service Delivery, your primary focus will be on fostering and supporting key strategic partnerships within the business and ensuring positive outcomes for all clients.
You will contribute to the effective, efficient, and profitable operation of our newly relaunched digital brand.
