Description
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Managing and optimising delivery reporting, focusing on enhancing data accuracy and integrating automation to monitor carrier performance metrics like DIFOT.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to elevate the last mile delivery experience and expand the logistics network in alignment with brand partners' needs.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods, both internationally and domestically, for brand partners.
- Supporting and improving overall carrier performance management by working closely with the Senior Operations Manager.
- Acting as the primary liaison for logistics-related matters internally, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams and brand partners to resolve any delivery-related challenges.
Profile
The successful Operations Coordinator will have:
- Driver Management experience
- Supervisor experience (more blue collar)
- Warehouse experience
- Strong communication and reporting, both verbally and written
- Technology systems experience
- Analytical background
- Ability to work autonomously
