The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to the efficient management and operation of our security services, ensuring that we continue to exceed the expectations of our clients with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations, ensuring the seamless execution of security services.
• Schedule and manage the deployment of security personnel and resources across various sites.
• Liaise with clients to understand their security needs and coordinate services to meet these requirements effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of security solutions, suggesting improvements or upgrades as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and personnel movements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency and quality.
• Provide support to the management team in strategic planning and the execution of security projects.

About You:

• Experience or transferable in operations coordination, preferably within the security industry or labour related industries.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
• Knowledge of industrial awards is highly advantageous, but don’t worry, we are great at training you. 
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Relevant qualifications in business administration, security management, or related fields are desirable, but give it a few years with us and you’ll develop that.
