We want to bring an energetic and vibrant face to our Newest Location in Surry Hills to continue us on the path of growth. We are calling this role the Recruitment & Office Manager!
After expanding from Brisbane in 2018, we have had massive success on the Sunshine Coast, growing to 40 staff across multiple teams and now expanding into the Sydney market.
What Are We Looking For?
Working in this role, you'll have two main objectives;
The first is People. This entails recruiting and onboarding new staff, screen applicant's resumes, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, as well as assisting with the onboarding process.
You'll also keep your finger on the pulse culturally to ensure a positive and inclusive working environment for all. Plan company social events and calendar.
A little bit of nitty-gritty with compliance and ensuring the team is well-equipped to do their roles. No performance management, though, that's left to the sales managers.
The second is the office manager, think the mother (or father) duck for our office. Keeping our home base operating smoothly. From time to time, preparing rooms for meetings, coordinate and book company events and trips, client stock and collateral counts and other odd jobs.

Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Screening Resumes
- Conducting phone interviews
- Booking in and Hosting Interview
- Onboarding New Staff
- HR pulse Check with Team Members
- Reporting to Management
- Preparing Rooms for Meetings
- Stock delivery and management
- Data Entry and Reporting
- Basic tidying as required
