About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our Victorian operations. This includes managing subcontractors, attending quotes, arranging equipment and materials for job sites and ensuring timely and efficient installations, + addressing any recalls or issues that arise. You will be the key person responsible for building and expanding our business in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage workflow for air conditioning installations in Victoria.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Handle quotes, customer inquiries, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Address and resolve any recalls or service issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the NSW head office to align on business goals and strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Assist with installations and repairs when necessary, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
About You:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience in air conditioning installations and repairs.
- Willingness to get involved in practical tasks and lead by example.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with company objectives.
- Willingness to travel within Victoria as required.
