As we continue to expand, we're seeking a passionate National Operations Manager to join our cohesive team at the National Office, reporting directly to the Director.
The Role: As the National Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in providing ongoing development and operational support to our franchise system. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Guiding franchisees towards profitability and business growth.
- Advising on operational efficiencies and maintaining brand standards.
- Contributing to strategic planning and industry insights.
- Overseeing compliance and policy framework implementation.
- Managing IT infrastructure and knowledge transfer requirements.
