Our Pipeline Renewals team delivers end to end rehabilitation and replacement services across water, sewer and stormwater utility assets. With specialist experience in trenchless technology, pipe bursting, directional drilling and other leading technologies we have a highly experienced Renewals team who provide a strong technical solution to our clients.
About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Pipeline Renewals business in Victoria. You will be responsible for the successful leadership and management of the Victoria business with a strong focus on profitable growth, securing work and successful project delivery. You will be responsible for the delivery of water and sewer renewal programs, focusing on the safety, wellbeing, and development of our people.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and proven performer to drive the management and expansion of the Renewals business in Victoria and will be integral to the development and continual growth of the Renewals team nationally.
What you’ll bring to the team
You will be a natural problem solver and a strong people leader with extensive experience working on water, sewer and stormwater renewal programs. You will have exceptional relationship development and communication skills and have previous success in growing teams and proven experience in developing new business.
