We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who will lead the charge in embedding “The Infinitev Way”, fostering a culture of operational excellence, safety and celebrating success.
A hands-on and agile leader, you will actively manage all site operational matters, embedding a strong continuous improvement culture that ensures strategic and business planning requirements are met, and help advance the company’s vision and maintain its leading position in the market.
Reporting to the EGM, you will showcase your strategic prowess in aligning operational outputs with the overarching business objectives, working collaboratively with Sales and the Technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and employees.
Leveraging your expertise and experience within high-voltage/electrical production you will help;
- Optimise production, to drive peak efficiency and exceptional quality standards across the operation
- Champion continuous improvement, implementing and embedding best practices (5S, 6Sigma)
- Lead and develop a dedicated team based on high morale, with a focus on high quality, great service, hunger to succeed and a positive culture.
- Manage and oversee daily battery re-manufacturing processes, procurement, scheduling and warehousing to maintain optimal stock levels
- Provide Insights and analyse performance metrics and provide data-driven reports that drive improvements and efficiency needed to achieve measurable business results.

- Demonstrated commitment and belief to “safety first” in the workplace
- Proven background in a leadership role with a strong track record of results across all aspects of operations (incl.Procurement)
- Formal qualifications in Engineering or related discipline highly beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage influential relationships across functions to deliver outcomes
- Flexible, continuous improvement approach that drives a customer centric culture that operates with a sense of urgency
- Experience in driving change in a business and developing and implementing new processes
- Robust planning and organisational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge and experience in high-voltage, electrical production/assembly
- Practical understanding of operational excellence (e.g., value stream mapping, kaizen)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP management experience – Pronto highly favourable
- Experienced in developing and implementing continuous improvement and innovation strategies to enhance processes and outcomes
