AddressWe're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our new Electrical contract in Western Australia. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing a range of operational functions, including:
- Providing hands-on leadership and guidance to our team of electrical technicians and administration staff.
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, prospects, and team members alike.
- Efficient management of sub-contractors.
- Ensuring the timely achievement of financial targets and budgets.
- Championing a culture of safety and implementing continuous improvements.
- Supervising essential reporting, governance, and compliance tasks.
- Conducting on-site audits to uphold safety standards and quality assurance.
About You:
As our new Operations Manager, you should bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of operational management experience, with a background in electrical or utility work being advantageous.
- Proficiency in various regulated electrical contracting and metering techniques.
- Proven leadership skills and a track record of successful team management, particularly within a similar industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality, with a drive to refine processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
