The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Oak Valley community team, as well as the General Manager. You will be instrumental in implementing new strategies, managing projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
This is an ongoing, full time role based in Ceduna, with regular travel to Oak Valley community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program management and ensure timely completion of programs and events in Oak Valley.
- Foster strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive organisational culture.

- Proven experience in management or a similar leadership role (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep respect for and understanding of Anangu people, Indigenous cultures and communities.
- Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Special Conditions
- Satisfactory police criminal history check and DHS clearances for Working with Children and Vulnerable Persons required on an ongoing basis.
- Full COVID vaccination is essential in order to visit Oak Valley & Maralinga Tjarutja Lands.
- An unrestricted SA drivers licence is an inherent requirement of this role
- Experience in 4WD/manual vehicles
