About the role:
The Operations Manager provides leadership to programs within the Community Forensic Mental Health Service to ensure the delivery of high-quality direct care services and programs. The position plays a key role in managing change and growth in services within the community operations.
About you:
- A minimum of ten years experience working within mental health and preferably within community mental health services.
- Experienced in management roles with demonstrated success in service improvement in mental health settings.
- Sound financial management experience, including understanding and operating with detailed budgets.
- Experience of leadership in change management and service development in a complex organisational environment.
- Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and maintain effective relations with key internal and external stakeholders.
