Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee manufacturing, service, and inventory functions.
- Lead and mentor staff within the Operations Centre, collaborating closely with management.
- Manage all service and support contracts, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting.
- Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Ensure adherence to EMS procedures in service and support delivery.
- Manage technical data related to product repair and support.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding technical advice, IP transfer, product support, pricing, and delivery information.
- Train and develop the Operations Team in line with internal policies.
- Assist the sales team in promoting service, support, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Report on the performance of the team and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
- 5 + years demonstrated experience within a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with environmental management systems and WHS procedures.
- Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
