Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing, service, and inventory functions.
• Lead and mentor staff within the Operations Centre, collaborating closely with management.
• Manage all service and support contracts, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting.
• Environmental Management System (EMS)
• Ensure adherence to EMS procedures in service and support delivery.
• Manage technical data related to product repair and support.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding technical advice, IP transfer, product support, pricing, and delivery information.
• Train and develop the Operations Team in line with internal policies.
• Assist the sales team in promoting service, support, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Report on the performance of the team and contribute to business improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 5 + years demonstrated experience within a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with environmental management systems and WHS procedures.
• Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
