More about the opportunity…You will work directly with the Managing Director and Lending Director, as well as the wider Stanford team to manage and improve the operations of the Mortgage Brokerage. This is a dynamic role that involves current-state management, as well as future-state optimisation implementation. This is not necessarily a people management role, rather an operations management role, whilst working collaboratively with an experienced and motivated team.
This role is for someone that sees the perfect client experience integrated with perfect team workflow as a ‘thing of beauty’. This is the pursuit of the optimisation of team capability to work in perfect harmony across all facets to reduce friction and take the cognitive load off the client.
We are looking for:- An operationally passionate person, that may have experience in a similar role.
- Experience in finance / lending or professional services more broadly would be helpful but is not essential.
- Strong work ethic and go-getter attitude.
- Initiative to be always on the front foot and looking for improvement.
- Intuition to be able to use your own skills to action that initiative wherever possible.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office software, but broadly technologically minded and can adapt and customise CRM's together with our tech team to make software shoulder as much of the workload as possible.
- A people person, able to work collaboratively with colleagues in pursuit of our mission.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
In addition to all the benefits listed above, you will be compensated above market rate based on your experience. This will be in the form of Annual Salary + Bonuses / Profit Share.
