We are in search of an Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping this service, ensuring the delivery of participant-centered, high-quality care and support.
About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will lead the development of innovative models of care tailored to meet a diverse range of needs, ensuring service excellence across all operations. This senior leadership position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create flexible and innovative care solutions, managing efficient business practices, and upholding the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individually tailored accommodation and support solutions.
- Research and implement best practices for short- and medium-term accommodation services.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the organization, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
- Drive the development of best practice standards, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with human rights and person-centered support models.
- Lead and motivate staff, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Manage operational finances, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g., allied health, disability management).
- Valid NDIS Worker Clearance and Working With Children Check.
- A minimum of 5 years' senior management experience, preferably in the disability sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of NDIS Quality Practice Standards and Pricing Arrangements.
- Proven track record in managing high-quality, person-centered services.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
