AddressWe are a transport company providing transport services to the whole NSW. We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Sydney.
Key accountability:
- Ensure management and clients are provided with all relevant information and trading data as required.
- Ensure that all procedures pertaining to the reconciliation and matching of trades are maintained and execution.
- Identify operational risks and enhance controls to ensure they are mitigated.
- Improve overall operational efficiency by enhancing operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Reviews trade orders to ensure their accuracy, proper record keeping, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Onboarding of new customers and preparing and reviewing documentation.
- Ongoing account and client updates, maintaining and making adjustments.
- Facilitating the movement of funds, including domestic and international payments
- Regularly engage with various stakeholders in both the front office and clearing teams.
- At least 2 years’ work experience
- Bachelor academic qualifications
- Outstanding commercial acumen, communication, presentation, verbal and strong written skills in English.
- Ability to thrive and perform under pressure in an intense environment; multi-tasking is a given.
- Hold the utmost ethics as regards treating customers fairly and honesty.
- A strong analytical mind, numerical skills, intellectual curiosity, a ‘self-starter’ attitude and a high level of attention to detail.
- Technical skills in trading, execution and reporting of transactions.
Salary:
- The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 p.a.+ Super, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
