About the role
This role is reporting to the State Operations Manager based in Marsden Park. This is a diverse and challenging role.
The main responsibilities include;
- Leading and driving day to day linehaul Transport Operations
- Managing established teams including administration staff, forklift operators and drivers
- Driving process improvements across department
- Conducting regular audits
- Support, coach and develop team
- Reporting and running daily meetings
- Ensuring KPI’s are met
- Execute transport plans nationally for effectively monitoring performance to identify improvement opportunities
You will have exceptional communication skills and have experience managing a team in a high volume fast paced environment. You have a strong background in Transport Operations, are ready for your next challenge, motivated, proactive, have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

- Proven skills and experience managing a team to create positive culture
- Solid understanding of Transport Operations and management
- Proven planning, problem solving skills
- Experience in a similar role within a transport environment
