Versatile role on offer for an individual with experience in managing an aged care facility. In your role you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Provide day to day direction and leadership to carers and nurses
Identify, improve and/or optimise facets of the operations.
Implement key practices, programs, and systems.
Ensure and assist teams in delivering high quality and responsive services to meet client needs.
Liaise with internal stakeholders including governance, finance and HR ensuring a thriving, compliant and professional work place
To be successful in acquiring this role you need the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of strategic objectives, in the health or service orientated industry.
Proven success in leadership skills
Ability to manage and diverse workforce ensuring quality standards
