AddressTwo (2) new roles have become available for aspiring Assistant Table Grape Managers to join a dynamic organisation based in either the Riverland and the Sunraysia region.
Who Will I Be Working For?
Our client is a pioneering agricultural enterprise that has acquired two commercial farming operations. They have developed a 200ha table grape operation in the Riverland and revitalised their 91 ha operation in the Sunraysia with new varieties and upgraded infrastructure. Our client's mission is to become a premier table grape producer.
What Will I Be Doing?
You'll work closely with the Farm Manager to manage farm operations and irrigation activities. Your goal is to achieve the desired yield and quality outcomes within budget. You'll also manage and monitor packing shed functions during harvest to ensure accuracy, efficiency and food safety standards.

The Riverland job boasts the following benefits:
- $100,000 - $130,000 base salary plus superannuation per annum.

- $100,000 - $115,000 base salary plus superannuation per annum.

What Qualifications/Licenses Do I Need?
- A full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Operational staff leadership experience, ideally within a table grape farm/pack shed operation with culturally diverse teams.
- A thorough understanding of pack shed operation, including produce graders/vision grading system, food safety and inventory management systems.
- An eye for detail, particularly when monitoring irrigation systems, vine and soil health, and fruit quality.
- Experience and commitment to working with WHS frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
