We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The role will be based at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with the salary range starting from $79,032 up to $86,539 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.

About the role
The Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and operational aspects of an Olympic Sport Venue. In this role you will be required to:
- Liaise with contractors to ensure work performance and compliance with contract conditions.
- Assist the Operations Coordinator with executing projects to be carried out by contractors.
- Set-up competition facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the field of play condition to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Undertake routine maintenance inspections and conduct minor maintenance works.
Essential requirements
- Current Class C NSW Driver’s licence
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
- A National Criminal Records Check (NCRC) clearance.
The Office of Sport will conduct the NCRC if you are a preferred candidate.
