Operations Officer / Support Workers / Multiple Positions

Advance Care Services Toowoomba is a NDIS registered service provider delivers high level of services to NDIS Participants. We are seeking caring, fun, and loving individuals to join our team to assist NDIS participants thrive and achieve their goals. Multiple casual positions are available that can lead to full time or part time for the right candidates.

Immediate start is available.

Position One

Operations Officer

• Weekly and or fortnightly rostering 
• Be main contact for existing and prospective participants.
• Ensure participants folders completed correctly and up to date.
• Intake new participants
• Create service agreements. 
• Update service agreements and schedule of support
• Collaborate with teams on changes and improve services to participants.
• Support the team with NDIS Updates and understanding. 
• Build, maintain and promote services with other alliance service providers. 

Skills & Experience required.

• Understanding of NDIS Scheme
• Understanding of NDIS Plans for funding.
• High customer service skills
• Maintain high level of confidentiality. 
• Follow process and initiative demonstration.
• Experience in working within NDIS environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Native English speaker 

Essential requirements

• Certificate III in disability – Desirable 
• NDIS screening check
• NDIS working with children check.
• Driver licence 
• Registered Road Worthy Vehicle
• Comprehensive car insurance 
• Have the right to work in Australia.

Position Two

Casual Support Workers – Multiple Positions Available with immediate start 

• Provide personal care and support for a participant.
• Manage and report care needs as they arise.
• Assist & encourage independence with essential life skills such as self-care, cooking, cleaning, shopping.
• Taking participant to appointments, exercise sessions, hydrotherapy, etc
• ensuring a high level of care is provided.

Essential requirements

• NDIS screening check – can apply once position is obtained.
• NDIS working with children check - can apply once position is obtained.
• Driver licence 
• Registered Road Worthy Vehicle
• Comprehensive car insurance 
• Have the right to work in Australia!
• Fluent in English
