Veolia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our team at the Gladstone depot. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our industrial services business.

- Reviewing tasks and jobs throughout the day
- Kickstarting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Providing guidance and supervision to a team of approximately 22 direct reports
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in industrial services
- HR License (desirable)
- Minimum of 12 months of people management experience
- 2+ years of experience in high-pressure water jetting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
