- Monday to Friday 4am - 12.06pm + Overtime as required
Your new role:
Based at our Stratford site, this role will require you to work and communicate effectively with clients to suit their business requirements. Work collaboratively with the branch manager to achieve business goals and compliance.
Duties Include:
- Supervise drivers/operators with their daily duties, including safety, environmental, training and driver NHVAS compliance.
- Have a safety-first attitude, ensuring the team is working collaboratively and provide support where required.
- Schedule daily collection runs using online software, to maximise efficiency.
- Monitoring daily schedules and ensuring work has been completed and closed off. Rescheduling work where required.
- Able to adapt to emergencies and make on the spot decisions.
- Carry out Liquid waste collections for emergency/after-hours call-outs and major project works.
- Fleet maintenance management, booking trucks in, dropping off and organising collections etc
- Hold regular toolbox talks with drivers & operators
- Assist in plant operations when required
About you
To be successful in the role, you will have the following:
- Must hold an open class HR license, HC/MC preferable. Road ranger experience required.
- Forklift license preferred, or willing to obtain
- DG license preferred, or willing to obtain
