ILS has evolved over the last 18 years to be the largest retailer of Assistive Technology equipment in Australia. We have 60 stores and over 800 team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and are continuing to expand our footprint.
We have a newly created opportunity available for a Operations Support to work out of our Hoppers Crossing site. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for receipting of incoming goods, dispatching finished goods and stock at our warehouse. You will also be required to assist in the setup of demonstration equipment (full training provided) and delivery of orders.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sign for any inward deliveries received from couriers ensuring the correct delivery is received
- Receipting of all deliveries and stock put away with appropriate labels
- Building hire, paediatric and wheelchairs and setup of demonstration equipment for product trials.
- Delivery and installation of equipment to clients
- Assist hire fleet
- Responding to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Prior experience in warehousing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent reliable work ethic, and physically fit for the role
- Team player attitude
- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Mechanical Aptitude
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply)
- Vaccinations - Influenza and Covid 19 (min. 2 doses plus booster) or Medical Exemption
- Full Australian Drivers Licence.
