The role & team
We have a unique opportunity for a passionate Operations Support Team Leader to join our Audiology department on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting into our Head of Commercial Operations, you will be the central point of contact for store partners to help them run an operationally efficient business and answer queries in a timely manner.
Leading a team of operational support officers, you will support the team to ensure all Hearing Services Program (HSP) claims management activities are completed, new stores opening processes are completed on time and business transfer and audiology store employee activities are completed whilst, maintaining good internal controls and compliance to all policies and procedures. The role is responsible for ensuring business critical communication to store partners whilst proactively troubleshooting issues within the Audiology business to support our partnership.
We believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternate location, this role will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.
The skills we are looking for
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with a focus on timeliness and efficiency
- Analytical and logical approach to consider varied solutions
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of people
- Strong communication skills
- A self-starter with the ability to organise and prioritise work
