Two Organisational Development (OD) Advisors have been created to join our vibrant People & Culture team, these positions are full time two year maximum term appointments. We are very open to consider part time hours to suitable candidates.
These roles will work alongside our leaders and employees to deliver targeted People & Culture solutions that meet their needs. We are looking for people who can inject your passion of learning and development, confidence in communicating, creating and facilitating programs that are focused on uplifting our organisational capability with consideration to our adaptability to our future workforce needs.

What we trust you to deliver
- Assist in the delivery of OD initiatives as defined in our strategic plans including updates to ensure ongoing changes are considered in our evolving People and Culture strategies.
- Develop strategies and solutions that address the changing requirements of the organisation across Talent Management and Succession, Recruitment, Learning, People Systems, Diversity, Leadership and Culture.
- Provide specialist support to the organisation while managing the delivery of key performance and culture events including an annual performance and development review and employee engagement surveys.
- Support professional development programs including our LEAP program, higher education financial support and study leave.
- Facilitate learning through various approaches such as e-learning, workshops, training sessions, coaching, and mentoring.
- Being an engaged and active part of the People and Culture team, to support a high performing, harmonious, and supportive team culture.
- Diploma qualification in human resource management, organisational development, project management or related discipline or extensive experience
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence
- Salary starts from $79,391 plus superannuation
