About the job
Our people love to get involved and are passionate about what they do, so you will apply human centred design approaches to developing engaging and relevant OD frameworks, programs, and projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of People Experience, you'll work collaboratively across the organisation, leading a purpose-built team and setting the stage for strategic success. Together, we'll unleash the potential of our remarkable and diverse workforce through positive culture change.
About you

Applying your significant expertise and exceptional communication skills, you will have a strong track record of delivering OD programs that have made a positive difference to organisations.
Your leadership skills will be well advanced as you epitomise the practices you will be required to embed within the organisation.
You will design and implement innovative frameworks, programs, and projects that unite our diverse teams and reignite shared passion and pride across our entire workforce.
You will also bring a good dose of humour and strong desire to collaborate within and across teams.
You will possess:
Sound understanding of Organisational Development theories and a proven track record of practical application.
Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments, analyse data, and design powerful solutions that redefine organisational performance.
Extensive experience in crafting and delivering impactful leadership development programs.
Exceptional project management skills, empowering you to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset that allows you to envision innovative solutions to catalyse organisational growth and success.
In addition, your responsibilities will include:
Diagnose the current state of the business and develop Organisational Development strategies to drive the evolution of employee performance, culture, engagement, and overall organisational effectiveness over time.
Design, develop and deliver practical, yet transformative frameworks, programs, and projects related to talent and succession, performance enhancement, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement and leadership development.
Design and deliver awe-inspiring leadership development programs to unleash the true potential of our leaders, foster exceptional teamwork, and elevate individual performance.
Forge strong partnerships with the broader People, Safety and Governance team to seamlessly integrate your groundbreaking Organisational Development initiatives with existing HR processes and practices.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the impact of your game-changing programs and interventions, leveraging metrics and feedback mechanisms to fuel continuous improvement.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in Organisational Development, propelling us forward with bold and transformative solutions.
