Leader, Entrepreneur… Outbound Sales Executive!

We seek dedicated team member with a proven track record in Outbound Sales excellence. You must have a genuine passion for sales and be able to demonstrate your sales ability translated through results.
Role Objective
The role will involve generating appointments through outbound prospecting, building rapport, identifying influencers and key decision makers to build appointment pipeline to support our Recruitment Team.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Provide business customers with outstanding customer experience through outbound cold calling to targeted prospect opportunities and generate qualified leads/appointments.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the Recruitment Team for new business prospects
- Support the wider Business where required, working as part of an energetic team with customer needs front of mind.
- Achieve individual targets and KPIs where assigned
Preferred Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
- Confidence in outbound cold calling
- Worked within a call centre environment, or
- Good computer skills
- Ability to communicate with clients at all levels
- Ability to work within and support a team environment
- Ability to work autonomously
