Outbound Nbn Sales

Company Overview:

Sumo energy is a fast growing 100% Australian owned and operated energy retailer our company that’s has a fun culture, built around success and recognizing the value of its exceptional staff. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our outbound sales team in our Melbourne office to x-sell NBN to our current customers

Working Hours and Compensation:

$64,000 base salary
Monday to Friday (no weekend work).
Typical working hours: 9am to 7:00 pm ( on rotating roster)
On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $100,000 - $120,000+ annually, including monthly bonuses based on achieving or exceeding targets.

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Proactive and target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with energy is a plus but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
