About the Packaging Hall

• Ferrum seamer 
• Krones xray unit
• Paktech handle machine 
• SMI box erector 
• ABB robot 
• Robopac automatic wrapper 
• Botec system (process control technology)
• Quality checks equipment (C-Box)
• KHS CombiKeg, kegline 
• Schmalz vacuum lifter 

As a Packaging Team Leader, you will work on a 24/5 shift rotation and lead the team on shift to be actively involved in all aspects of Packaging.

What You'll Do 

• Responsible for machine operations including set-up, operation, maintain machinery and quality checks.
• Ensure the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, safe operating and is properly maintained.
• To ensure effective execution of daily activities for a team (or teams) of employees.
• Responsible for the management of employees, rosters, materials, processes, along with execution of specific quality tasks to deliver agreed outputs in terms of quality, delivery, safety and motivation. 

What You've Got

• Suitable experience in production is highly regarded.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing safety systems is desirable. 
• Experience with people management is desirable.  
• You are prepared to work on a 24/5 shift rotation including some weekend work.
• You are comfortable with physically demanding work including; continuously standing and walking throughout the shift, working at various heights, lifting up to 25kg and working in hot and cool temperatures.
• You have a commitment to creating a safe and sustainable workplace.
• You want to understand and take part in the entire manufacturing process.
