About the role
You will be the main secretary/paralegal for 3 lawyers (along with another paralegal) - experience in property law (commercial and residential conveyancing) essential, and experience in commercial law and estate matters is highly regarded.
Duties, Responsibilities, Skills & Experience
- Experience with LEAP Legal and PEXA software is highly desirable
- Files and securities/safe custody management (tidy, organised and self-disciplined)
- Excellent phone manner
- Able to work under pressure
- Well presented, personable and with a great sense of humour
- Flexible and adaptable (we don't stick to our roles - even the bosses change the copier toner and make coffee)
- Experience in law firms essential
- Word processing (fast but we all do most of our own typing so you will not be typing endless documents)
