Carter and Spencer Nth Qld Pty Ltd are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Team.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be supporting our Administration team by providing a high level of accurate reporting with attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Stock Inventory – Input Data and Track Information
- Pallet Control
- General office duties
Skills and Experience
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Professional and courteous manner
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- A proactive attitude and commitment to safe workplace practices
Hours and Wages
- Approx. 25 hours per week, including weekend and public holiday work.
- Salaried remuneration based on Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020
